1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Born To Banger's activities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our activities.

2. Activity Description

Born To Banger (operated by Dev Group, a GST registered sole proprietorship) provides event management, artist booking, entertainment activities, and premium gifting solutions across Delhi NCR. Our activities include but are not limited to:

• Artist booking and management (see Artist Agreement)
• Event planning and execution (see Event Service Agreement)
• Workshop and activity coordination
• Entertainment activities for various events
• Premium gifting, custom hampers, corporate gifts, and return gift packages

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Born To Banger. Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process and must be adhered to for activity delivery.

• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings
• Full payment details will be provided in the booking confirmation
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways

4. Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellations and modifications are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy before making a booking.

5. Gifting Products & Services

For our gifting services including hampers, corporate gifts, and return gift packages:

• No Standard Return/Exchange Policy: Born To Banger does not accept automatic returns or exchanges for gifting products
• Case-by-Case Resolution: All concerns, issues, or requests are handled individually through direct discussion and mutual agreement
• Order Confirmation Required: Gifting orders require confirmation of specifications, customization details, and delivery requirements before production
• Production Timeline: Custom and personalized gifts require advance notice and are subject to production timelines
• Client Responsibility: Clients must verify order details, delivery address, and specifications before confirming the order
• Quality Assurance: We strive for quality but all resolutions depend on verification, assessment, and mutual agreement

By ordering gifting products, you acknowledge that returns and exchanges are not automatically accepted and any resolution will be determined through discussion between you and Born To Banger.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our activities, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use activities only for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights and safety of artists and other users
• Comply with venue rules and regulations during events

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks are the property of Born To Banger and are protected by law. For information on data collection, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Born To Banger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our activities. We strive to provide quality activities but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free activity.

9. Force Majeure

Born To Banger shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

10. Referral Program

Born To Banger offers a referral rewards program where users can earn cash rewards or booking discounts by referring qualified customers.

• Referral rewards are earned when a referred customer completes a valid booking with BTB
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be refunded as cash unless explicitly stated in the referral program terms
• BTB reserves the right to verify referral validity and prevent fraudulent claims
• Referral rewards depend on the booking value and may be offered as cash (₹250–₹500) or discount (10% OFF next booking)
• Referral earnings are subject to completion of the referred booking and are processed after event completion
• BTB may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with notice
• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified

11. AI Assistant and Voice Communications

We may offer AI-powered chat and voice experiences to help with discovery, pricing, and booking support. Use of these features is optional.

• By using AI or voice features, you consent to processing of your prompts, messages, and audio as needed to provide the service
• Do not share unnecessary sensitive information while using AI interactions
• AI responses are provided for assistance and may require human confirmation for final booking terms
• Third-party technology providers may be involved in delivering these features

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

Born To Banger reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our activities after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
