Event Activity Agreement

1. Agreement Scope

This Event Activity Agreement ("Agreement") governs the provision of event management and entertainment activities by Born To Banger, operated by Dev Group ("Company," "we," "us"), to the client ("Client," "you") for specific events. This agreement is subject to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Activity Description

Born To Banger provides the following activities:

• Artist booking and management (DJs, MCs, performers, dancers, etc.)
• Event entertainment coordination
• Activity setup and execution (face painting, tattoos, games, etc.)
• Workshop facilitation
• Equipment rental (subject to availability)
• Event planning consultation

3. Booking Process

3.1 Initial Inquiry

• Client submits event details through our contact form
• We provide a customized quote within 24-48 hours
• Quote includes activity breakdown, pricing, and terms

3.2 Confirmation

• Client accepts the quote and agrees to terms
• Advance payment (typically 30-50%) confirms the booking
• Written confirmation sent to client with booking details
• Final details confirmed 7 days before the event

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Structure

• Advance Payment: 30-50% of total cost to confirm booking
• Balance Payment: Due 3-7 days before the event
• Full Payment: Required before activity delivery

4.2 Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Online payment gateway
• Cash (for small bookings only)

4.3 Additional Charges

• Travel costs beyond 20km from Delhi center
• Equipment rental not included in package
• Extra hours beyond agreed duration
• Last-minute changes or additions
• Venue-specific requirements or restrictions

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Venue and Access

• Provide accurate venue address and contact information
• Ensure venue access at agreed setup time
• Coordinate with venue management for any special requirements
• Provide parking facilities for artist vehicles if applicable

5.2 Event Details

• Provide accurate guest count and age demographics
• Inform us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Notify us of event schedule changes at least 48 hours in advance
• Ensure safe working environment for artists and staff

5.3 Equipment and Utilities

• Provide power supply (adequate wattage) if required
• Ensure adequate space for setup
• Provide tables, chairs if needed (unless included in package)
• Ensure proper lighting if outdoor/evening event

6. Company Responsibilities

• Provide confirmed artists and staff as per booking
• Arrive at venue at scheduled time
• Bring necessary equipment (as per agreement)
• Deliver high-quality, professional activity
• Manage artists and coordinate activities
• Handle setup and breakdown
• Maintain professional conduct throughout

7. Cancellation and Modifications

7.1 Date/Time Changes

• Subject to artist and resource availability
• Must be requested at least 14 days in advance
• May incur rescheduling fee
• New date must be within 90 days of original date

7.2 Activity Modifications

• Additions can be made up to 7 days before event
• Reductions subject to cancellation policy
• Changes may affect pricing

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
• Government actions or restrictions
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Civil unrest or riots
• Transportation strikes or blockades

In such cases, we will work together to reschedule or provide a refund as per our policy.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Company Liability

• We maintain professional liability insurance
• Liability limited to the total contract value
• Not liable for venue-related injuries or damages
• Not responsible for guest behavior or actions

9.2 Client Liability

• Responsible for venue safety and security
• Liable for damage to our equipment by guests
• Must ensure artists' safety during performance

10. Photography and Content Usage

Born To Banger may photograph/video events for:

• Portfolio and marketing purposes
• Social media promotion
• Website testimonials and galleries

If you prefer privacy, please inform us in advance and we will not publish any content from your event.

11. Warranties and Guarantees

11.1 We Guarantee

• Professional and experienced artists
• Punctual arrival and setup
• High-quality activity delivery
• Responsive communication

11.2 We Do Not Guarantee

• Guest satisfaction (subjective preference)
• Weather conditions for outdoor events
• Venue quality or management
• Third-party vendor performance

12. Complaints and Feedback

If you're not satisfied with our activity:

• Notify us during or immediately after the event
• Send written complaint within 48 hours
• Include specific details and evidence
• We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
• Resolution may include refund, credit, or activity correction

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

14. Entire Agreement

This agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions and other policies, constitutes the entire agreement between parties. Any modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
