Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Event Service Agreement.
1. Cancellation by Client
1.1 Event & Activities Cancellation Timeline
Cancellations for events, workshops, and activities are subject to the following terms based on the timing:
- 30+ days before event: 90% refund of the advance payment
- 15-29 days before event: 50% refund of the advance payment
- 7-14 days before event: 25% refund of the advance payment
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund
1.2 Gifting Products Cancellation
Cancellations for gifting products (hampers, corporate gifts, return gifts) follow different terms:
- Before customization/production begins: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
- After customization/production begins: 50% refund
- After dispatch/delivery: No refund (see Returns policy below)
- Custom or personalized gifts: Non-refundable once production begins
1.3 How to Cancel
To cancel a booking or gifting order:
- Contact us via phone at +91 8383 0877 35 or email at bookings@borntobanger.in
- Provide your booking reference number
- Include the reason for cancellation
- Cancellation will be confirmed within 24-48 hours
2. Cancellation by Born To Banger
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive a full 100% refund
- We will attempt to provide alternative arrangements if possible
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- We are not liable for any additional costs incurred
3. Modifications to Bookings
Changes to event date, time, location, or activities:
- Date/Time Changes: Subject to artist and venue availability; may incur additional charges
- Activity Additions: Can be added subject to availability and will be charged separately
- Activity Reductions: Subject to the cancellation policy for the reduced portion
- Location Changes: May incur additional travel and logistics charges
4. Refund Processing
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Force Majeure Events
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.):
- Neither party is liable for non-performance
- We will work with you to reschedule the event
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided
- Decision on force majeure situations is at Born To Banger's discretion
6. No-Show Policy
If the client or venue is unavailable on the scheduled event date without prior notice:
- No refund will be provided
- Full payment is still due
- Artists may charge additional fees for rescheduling
7. Partial Activity Completion
If activities are partially delivered due to circumstances beyond our control:
- Refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis
- Documentation of activity delivery may be required
- Dispute resolution process will be followed if disagreement arises
8. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with the activity or have concerns:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the event
- Provide detailed feedback and documentation (photos/videos if applicable)
- We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
- Resolution may include partial refunds or activity credits
9. Returns & Exchange Policy for Gifting Products
Important: Born To Banger does not have a standard return or exchange policy for gifting products. All returns, exchanges, or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through direct discussion and mutual agreement.
For gifting products (hampers, corporate gifts, return gifts):
- No Automatic Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept automatic returns or exchanges once products are delivered
- Case-by-Case Resolution: Each situation is evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances and our discussion with you
- Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence; resolution depends on assessment and mutual agreement
- Wrong Items Delivered: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with evidence; we will discuss appropriate resolution
- Quality Concerns: Subject to verification and discussion; resolution may include replacement, partial refund, or other mutually agreed terms
- Change of Mind: No returns or refunds accepted
- Perishable Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; resolution depends on nature of issue and verification
All resolutions are subject to Born To Banger's assessment, verification of claims, and mutual agreement between both parties. Contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your gifting order.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Activity booking fees
- Third-party vendor costs already incurred
- Custom or personalized activities already produced
- Travel expenses for artists already booked
- Custom or personalized gifting products once production begins
- Perishable gifting items after 24 hours of delivery
- Gifting products after successful delivery (unless damaged/defective)
- Referral rewards (cash or discount) once earned and processed
11. Referral Rewards Non-Refundable
Referral rewards earned through the BTB Referral Program are special promotional benefits and are non-refundable once processed:
- Cash referral rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for other benefits once credited
- Discount referral rewards (10% OFF) are valid only on future bookings and expire per program terms
- Referral rewards are not transferable to other accounts or individuals
- If a referred customer cancels or receives a refund, the referral reward may be adjusted or reversed at BTB's discretion
- Fraudulent referrals will result in reward forfeiture and possible account suspension
- BTB may recover fraudulently earned rewards from the referrer's account
