The price you see is a starting estimate from BTB. We confirm the final amount after understanding your guest count, event duration, venue setup, and any special requirements, because these details help us plan the right artist, materials, and execution for your event.
BTB offers activity packages for almost all types of events — including birthdays, school and college events, corporate functions, weddings, private parties, mall activations, exhibitions, and festivals.
We tailor our approach based on your event. For small gatherings, we focus on personal interaction with guests, while for large events, we organize queues and manage crowd flow so everything runs smoothly.
You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the event. If cancelled later, partial charges may apply because we reserve artists and resources exclusively for your event.
You select your preferred activity package, choose your event and location, submit your booking request, and once confirmed, BTB assigns the right artist team for your event date.
