The price you see is a starting estimate from BTB. We confirm the final amount after understanding your guest count, event duration, venue setup, and any special requirements so we can plan the right package scale, materials, and execution for your event.
BTB offers activity package options for almost all types of events — including birthdays, school and college events, corporate functions, weddings, private parties, mall activations, exhibitions, and festivals.
We tailor our package setup based on your event. For small gatherings, we focus on personal interaction with guests, while for large events, we organize queues and manage crowd flow so everything runs smoothly.
You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the event. If cancelled later, partial charges may apply because we reserve package resources and inventory exclusively for your event.
You select your preferred activity package, choose your event and location, submit your booking request, and once confirmed, BTB schedules the right package setup for your event date.
This is a tangible take-home activity package. Each guest receives a finished physical item or personalized keepsake created during the event.
